Race Day registration begins at 8 am
The Race begins at 8:30 am
The race course is a gently rolling 1-mile course through the back roads of Cuchara! The race will begin and end at the Cuchara Community Center. Any proceeds from the race will benefit the Cuchara Recreation Summer Programs. All ages are welcome! Come walk, run, or push a stroller! This Fun Run / Walk is for everyone!

The first 300 who register will receive an official race t-shirt! Our race shirts are always a unique design and a surprise the day of the race.

Starting July 1 the rates go up. Please bring any race forms filled out in July directly to the race.
Registration forms can be printed from our website, or beginning in June, you can pick up forms from the Community Center bulletin board or Cuchara Country Store.

Join us for a scenic loop through Cuchara, where you’ll weave through the dirt roads, conquer Heartbreak Hill, and enjoy the beautiful backroads of Cuchara. Whether you run, walk, or dance your way to the finish line, it’s all about fun, community, and a little mountain adventure! Stroller friendly!

After the race, be sure to head to Downtown Cuchara for the Fourth of July Parade! It starts at 11am!
After celebrating the day, meet us back at the Community Center at 7 pm for our 4th of July BINGO!
